We love having guests who want to experience all that Queenstown has to offer. While you have The Getaway as your home away from home, please treat it with care and respect. Kindly leave the home the way you found it.Booking with us means you accept and agree to abide by the House Rules.
Before you book
We ensure all amenities and appliances are in good working order before and after every stay. However, if you find any issues, we ask that you contact us straight away so this can be resolved as soon as practicable. Guests will be liable for any damages during their stay.
Checking in and out
Check in: between 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Check out: before 10:00 AM Self check in and out with key safe
During your stay
Max # of guests: 5 Furbabies: No pets allowed Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM No parties or events No smoking or vaping Remove your shoes as you enter the house and use the shoe rack located inside. Refrain from cooking aromatic/strong smelling food. The exhaust fan should be used when cooking. Food or drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
